I graduated this summer via International University Bremen (Germany), and my own major was Electrical Engineering and Pc Science. Becoming a young person with high aspirations and targets, the initially aspect which i think of anytime I apply for a job, is challenge. I am looking forward to be given challenging responsibilities each and every day, beginning with day one. Just in case I occasionally cannot do everything without any help, which is more than likely to happen in a new working environment, I would like to participate in any kind of program that may help me in that direction, or consult with ASML experts the problems I must overcome.
Teamwork is another important key factor that I be prepared to encounter within a working environment. I am looking forward to operate a staff based on common respect and on perfect composure. It is difficult to fulfill by itself all the jobs required with a certain task or analyze case. Additionally , working in a team provides the possibility of changing and showing ideas, and this is an important factor in achieving success. I actually dare to talk about that I possess experience in working in a multinational group. There were pupils from all around the globe at Intercontinental University Bremen (coming via eighty five countries) that I had to work together with and live among for 3 years. Although most of them acquired completely different backgrounds from acquire, I were able to integrate in different team, talk in a sensible way effortlessly them and also help them, if required. Thus, We possess the capability to get along with others, which in my opinion is the most important " non-technical" skill. Still, I understand how to function independently, also.
