Since the ancient times people have always been attracted to the unknown. Individuals have always been curious about everything they have come across; The length of our earth?, how deep is the sea? Are there any various other lands past the horizon?, and exactly how big is usually our world?. These types of questions have always led humans to forcefully physical exercise their minds into figuring these people out. Till today some of these questions still roaming about waiting for answer to be given to all of them.
Astronomy is a normal science that deals with study regarding celestial objects such as: moons, planets, stars, nebulae, and galaxies. (konrad B. Krauskopf, 2012). Astronomy is one of the most ancient sciences. Is well know that astronomy has been exercised by distinct civilizations just like the Babylonians, Mayans, Indians, China, and the Traditional. Most of them kept track of the skies by following the motion of objects through out the many years movement. One of the main problems they came across was figuring out the precise distances of exoplanets and celebrities form The planet. However , through the years astronomers have been in a position to figure out ways to overcome problems. One way to find out the appropriate distance of objects in our universe is by using the Luminosity and Lighting of the substantial objects. Luminosity is the measurement of illumination or quantity of energy provided by any kind of form of matter in our galaxy. (Muldrew, 2012). This means that the distance is worked out by computing the time it takes light of a star to succeed in us within earth. In chemistry one of the primary challenges that chemists have got encounter continues to be calculating the quantity of bacteria found in one place. Chemistry can be described as science that studies the composition and properties of matter when it comes to quantity. Regarding bacteria it is necessary for the chemist to know the amount of bacterias found at a particular location. This will likely let him know the gravity of the problem he may encounter in the foreseeable future. Since bacterias are organism that may not be counted by just looking at it, other tools have been developed to make this method a little bit simpler. The microscope is musical instrument that can be use to directly measure the amount of bacteria and possess a closer look at these microorganisms.
Another type of direct way of measuring that has had many difficulties is the basis scale surveying and mapping problems. When objects are located beyond the reach of measuring musical instruments, it is extremely hard to use any type of direct measurements to obtain the length. In types of instances we must turn to use different types of measurements. Indirect measurements is the process in which the measurement of some entity is certainly not obtained by the direct examining of a testing tool, or by keeping track of of products superimposed together with or about that organization.
