Poverty is known as a state of deprivation from the necessities of life necessary for living. The report primarily talks about the determinants of poverty which can be on local, community level, individual and household basis (economic, social and demographic characteristics). Furthermore, it features the different kinds of poverty mainly three that are Absolute poverty, Relative lower income and working poverty. Various measures of poverty happen to be described largely three that are measuring Absolute poverty, comparable poverty and poverty traps. These are mainly measured on income basis by pulling a countrywide and global poverty line. Furthermore, various indexes can be used to measure total poverty which include headcount index, poverty space index, square-shaped poverty distance index, sen index and human lower income index.
