Recently, McDonald's announced their plan to increase outlets via 1300 to 2000 by the end of 2013 in China and tiawan. It is reported that the main purpose is to compete with APPLEBEES, which is the largest quick services restaurant company in China and tiawan with above 4, 2 hundred restaurants in more than 850 cities around China. The growing large market and politic approaches taken by eating places make fast food popular in China; therefore has a superb influence in China's economic climate, culture and health. There are many of causes for take out popular in China. For the first place, the growing industry and market attract a good amount of fast food eating places. China's fast food market worth over seven-hundred billion yuan in the last year and had a rapid speed--about 12 percent in the past a long period. Furthermore, the industry is approximated to develop to 1400 billion yuan by 2015. The second main cause of this popularity is usually some strategies taken by junk food brands especially localization. Take KFC for instance , the brand adds many local product like Beijing Poultry Roll, tomato egg soups and hammer toe salad to satisfy Chinese customers demand.
