The purpose of this essay is to identify a global business with a multinational presence, discover and exploration a cultural issue that affects this kind of organization's communications outside the United states of america, define the problem and provide an understanding of how it probably is an issue inside the organization, and analyze the ethical and social responsibility issues McDonald's organization need to deal with because of being global. Food is an important element in understanding culture. Cross-cultural perspectives upon food play a significant position in the foreign realm. Take out was not known before the introduction of McDonald's overseas. McDonald's restaurants can be a global business with a multicultural presence. McDonald's entrance in the global marketplace has not been easy. There are concerns about how the spread of standardization from the McDonald's business is affecting civilizations and the environment. Protests in Brazil, labor grievances in Moscow, and protests in France relating to hormone provided beef are a few of the concerns McDonald's has already established to address in countries in another country. In regards to the environment, " McDonald's has been charged of having a poor impact because they continue to use paper and plastic centered cutlery and eating utensils, which means McDonald's is ongoing to misuse the environment by simply tearing down trees to make their eating utensils, and throwing out their plastic-type wastes, which is damaging, while plastic is usually difficult to break downвЂќ (" Ethics Of Mcdonalds", n. d. ). " McDonald's has come plan a dozen ways to cut its materials use behind the scenes, but these advances have not been publicizedвЂќ (Meadows, 1989).
