They are involved in day to day activities and those who are involved in the choice making process. Experienced leaders prefer to change the method people think and they are focused on the future of the organization. Strategic leaders are a combination of the bureaucratic and futurist leader. They can be concerned with everyday and long-term matters with the company. (Riaz., p. 1-2) Robert Goizueta, born in Cuba, was obviously a self starter. He had humble beginnings and he was a hard worker. He attended Yale and majored in substance engineering. In those days, Goizueta relocated his friends and family to Ohio. He had 75 shares of Coca Coca-cola stock. Ultimately he was marketed to vp of technical research and development.
