The U. H. offers a no cost market wherever businesses are able to have free enterprise to spread out and operate an ideal to realise a product or service towards the public. There are many businesses offering similar companies create competition. Consumers are able to have the options in the marketplace. Human dynamo and Duracell are two companies that offer similar items to customers. Energizer has been online since 1986 and has grown into a mutli- billion buck company within the past decade. Duracell first began the 1920's from two scientists, and ultimately become a manufacturer in 1964. This conventional paper will discuss the two companies' background, the competition between the two, and how they may thrive to compete in the market place in long term.
Corporate and business cultures have got both low and subtle manifestations that provide clues for the underlying norms and values. Paying attention to the job practices, environment, communication pathways, and even the degree of humor in a company, gives one a touch of the prominent organizational culture. Identification and understanding the traditions is necessary to affect any kind of minute or large scale changes in response to market imperatives.
